To maintain healthier skin, exfoliating is very important. Dry brushing helps to remove dead, dull, rough, flaky skin cells and support your body’s natural revitalization processes for soft, smooth skin. Dry brushing can be done daily, before or during your shower. Gently brush skin in an upward motion toward the heart, starting at the feet and hands and brushing upwards. 

*Pre-Use Brush Care: Place bristles in hot water. Add 1 tsp of olive oil. Let bristles soak for 5 mins.
